Karabinovich's solo project "Sore" presents a compilation of his artistic works, accompanied by commentary posted across diverse platforms and social media channels. The artist's provocative pieces (collages and drawings) interrogate critical themes such as politics and nationalism in contemporary post maidan Ukraine, frequently provoking adverse reactions from audiences. By strategically exhibiting his works online, he intentionally incites discourse among users, aiming to document their responses. This methodology serves to illustrate that, in the contemporary landscape of art and communication, influence is accessible to all individuals.

This exhibition is dominated not by the visual, NOT by the conceptual, but by the ideological. HOW SO?

Almost everything here, in this dungeon, the BASEMENT is designed to evoke and CAUSE rejection, rejection, it’s like combing a wound. Which is still oozing, NOT healing (why is that?). But why! The ongoing war has already become, as it were, a “norm” and for many it gradually ceases to cause painful experiences.
The very name of this Exhibition is something like a corn ... And she herself is of various colors, of various styles. The text that accompanies her further exacerbates her PREPERCEPTION. And all because it is a project. A real, real project.
Which does not allow the topic to become daily, as something familiar. Don't become ONLY
"Sick." In the 5 spaces of "Artery" there are 5 different themes; the works, respectively, are different in technique, size and, of course, style: here you have a computer collage, painting, photo collage, some sheets with GENUINE drawings of their political views of ordinary people (!) booths to portray his choice. I would refuse. And Karabinovich managed to get them, albeit a little).
All this fragmentation comes together, reunites in the theme of PATRIOTISM, which is absolutely unusual for Odessans (- shtetlism - yes! But not citizenship! Here, with us, they DO NOT talk about citizenship). And Nikolay Karabinovich is a citizen, “only just” or “AZH”! That allows us to talk about this exposition not as an exhibition, but as a project, to perceive its message as a whole in all its details, details; bend down to honor, smile sarcastically and (perhaps, we hope that the majority) adequately respond. After all, we are still in the space of CO-temporal art, which SHOULD NOT hide from modernity. Our modernity with you.
And then it's time to talk about the author himself, he is multidimensional: he is both a media artist, and a DJ, a musician (and Nikolay Karabinovich also reads BOOKS, has a decent library) and got a philosophical education (maybe this universalist interest in the topic comes from there, food, he sees the PROBLEM, visualizes it, designates it in the most concrete way, even doing "field research" - purely sociological measurements). Those. here everything is without tricks,
